Requiring in public school curriculum the inclusion of LGBTQIA contributions in state and American history
The Hoosier Freedom for Medical Privacy Act: Repeals the following laws: the 2022 abortion ban, so all Hoosiers can exercise reproductive and healthcare freedoms (2022 SB 1 - Abortion); the 2023 ban on gender-affirming care for Hoosier youth (2023 SB 480 - Gender transition procedures for minors); and the 2023 ban on gender-affirming care for incarcerated Hoosiers (2023 HB 1569 - Restrictions on DOC provision of gender therapy)
Modernize Indiana’s HIV-specific criminal laws to promote public health efforts to end the Indiana HIV epidemic by reducing HIV-related stigma and discrimination, eliminating barriers to HIV testing and treatment, and aligning laws with current HIV science
Ban conversion therapy that purports to change a child’s sexual orientation or gender identity as well as repeal the 2023 law SB350, which prevents any restrictions of the licenses on conversion therapists
Protect the rights of Hoosier families to access IVF and to protect the rights of doctors to provide IVF treatment in accordance with medical standards as well as a right for insurance carriers to cover IVF without prohibition, limitation, interference, or impediment

The Hoosier Freedom from Hate Act: Modifies Indiana’s hate crimes laws to be inclusive and comprehensive by including enumerated protections for transgender Hoosiers

Provide funding for law enforcement officers' vehicle dash cams and their uniforms to be equip with body cameras
Decriminalize possession of up to two ounces of marijuana and create comprehensive medical cannabis programs
Requires universal background checks on all firearm purchases
End current limits on absentee ballots which deprive thousands of Hoosiers of their right to vote and will permanently permit “no excuse” absentee voting, so any voter who can’t get to the polls on Election Day has an opportunity to cast a ballot
Reform and update Indiana's voter registration system to allow automatic voter registration when a person reaches 18 years of age
Create a nonpartisan, citizen-led redistricting commission that would control the redistricting process and produce Congressional and state legislative maps that the General Assembly would vote up or down to adopt
Adopt "clean elections" laws that provides a government grant to candidates who agree to limit their spending and private fundraising
