What is Queer the Vote, Indiana?

Queer the Vote, Indiana is a commitment to show up—for yourself, your community, and the future of Indiana.

It’s a pledge by LGBTQIA+ Hoosiers and our allies to:

1. Register to vote and stay election-ready (using our easy online voter registration and status-check tools), and
    
2. Vote in every election for candidates who support LGBTQIA+ equality, while encouraging friends, family, and loved ones to do the same.
    

Queer the Vote is about building collective power. When LGBTQIA+ people and allies vote together, we can elect leaders who respect our dignity, protect our rights, and invest in policies that make life more affordable, safe, and inclusive for everyone.

By organizing our votes, we don’t just participate in democracy—we shape it, creating a more welcoming, just, and equitable Indiana for all Hoosiers.
