Equality Indiana is a statewide, nonpartisan organization dedicated to advancing fairness, equality, and inclusion for all LGBTQIA+ Hoosiers. We believe every person deserves to live with dignity, safety, and respect—free from discrimination and fear.
Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we’re building a stronger and more welcoming Indiana—one rooted in fairness, democracy, and the true spirit of Hoosier Hospitality. Together, we are shaping a future where equality is not just an ideal, but a lived reality for every Hoosier.
The Equality Indiana Educational Fund dba Equality Indiana is the companion 501(c)3 organization to Equality Indiana Advocates, a 501(c)4 entity. Its Board of Directors is made up of diverse leaders who are tackling its mission is to secure comprehensive and inclusive nondiscrimination, equality, and related legal protections for all LGBTQIA+ Hoosiers by developing a stronger civic community through educating, empowering, and energizing Hoosier pro-LGBTQIA+ individuals to participate in civic and pro-democracy activities.
We are a nonpartisan, statewide advocacy group working to secure
full nondiscrimination protections and equality for all LGBTQIA+ Hoosiers.
